Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 – LISBON

Welcome. Transfer to hotel and free time. You will receive in the afternoon information for the start of your circuit, or through the information signs located at the hotel reception.

Day 2 – LISBON

In the morning we make a panoramic visit of the city during which we will approach the neighborhood of Belem from where the great Portuguese navigators who crossed the oceans in the XV century. Free afternoon; can, if you wish, make optional excursion to the villages of Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. In the evening we include a transfer to Barrio Alto, place with numerous restaurants and fado houses.

Day 3 – LISBON – FATIMA – PLASENCIA – MADRID

We travel to the north of Portugal, we know FÁTIMA, important sanctuary. We continue our route through the green lands of the center. I pass to Spain, between meadows we cross the north of Extremadura. PLASENCIA, arrival, time for lunch and a stroll through this historic walled city, with its main square and cathedral. Day 4 – MADRID

Day 5 – MADRID – ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA

We leave for Aragón crossing Castilla lands. In ZARAGOZA we stop briefly to visit the Basilica del Pilar. BARCELONA, arrival and short panoramic in coach by its main arteries to familiarize us with the Catalan capital. Note: (Sometimes the visit can be made on the morning of the following day.)

Day 6 – BARCELONA – COSTA AZUL

Day 9 – FLORENCE – ROME

Day 10 – ROME

We will include a panoramic visit during which you will have an introduction to the eternal city. We finish in SAN PEDRO DEL VATICANO. You can visit the basilica and the museums. In the evening we include a transfer to the Trastevere, lively neighborhood of the city known for its typical small restaurants.

Day 11 – ROME

Day off. Today we propose to make optional excursion to Naples, Capri and Pompeii.

Day 12 – ROME – LORETO – BOAT ANCONA-IGUMENITSA

We left early in Rome. We cross the Apennines between beautiful landscapes in the Abruzzi region. LORETO, time to visit the sanctuary of the Holy House, home of the Virgin Mary, and visit its beautiful medieval town. Arrival to ANCONA, short time to walk in this city on the Adriatic. Early in the afternoon boarding and crossing the Adriatic and Ionian. Night by ferry. Accommodation in double cabins with bathroom (We recommend carrying a hand bag for the night on board. Day 13 – ANCONA-IGUMENITSA BOAT – IOANINA – KALAMBACA

Arrive early in the morning to Greece (Igumenitsa). Northern Greece reminds us of the proximity of the Slavic and Turkish world. Arrival at IOANINA historic walled city on the lake. We embark on a short boat trip to the ISLA DE IOANINA located on the lake; the small and quiet village of the lake keeps several monasteries. Continue to KALAMBACA, arriving at the beginning of the afternoon. We will visit the valley of LAS METEORAS, an impressive place declared World Heritage by UNESCO. We will have the option of entering one of the famous monasteries. Dinner included.

Day 14 – KALAMBACA – DELFOS – ATHENS

We traveled south through Thessaly. Between very beautiful landscapes we arrive at DELFOS. Time to know the beautiful archaeological site that dominates the Gulf of Corinth with incredible landscapes and lunch. Continue to ATHENS. Arrive mid afternoon. In the evening we include a transfer to the PLAKA area, a place full of small Greek taverns where you can enjoy the rich folklore of this country.

Day 15 – ATHENS

We include Panoramic Tour of Athens; we will know the modern city, Panathinaikos Stadium, Royal Palace. The Acropolis. Note: Occasionally depending on the development of the stage and depending on sunlight, the visit of Athens can be made on Wednesday after arrival. Rest of day free. Free time to stroll and discover unforgettable places.

Day 16 – ATHENS

After breakfast, end of our services.
