LA MAROMA PEAK The highest point of Sierra de Tejeda is La Maroma (2.065 meters high). It is mountain between Salares and Canillas del Aceituno. from the top of it and below a clear sky the African coast can be seen.

LA SIERRA DEL JOBO This little mountain, near by Alfarnate, is one of the most important geologhical treasures of this area. It is only recommended for those aren't scared of the quietness and silent.

LOS TAJOS (steep cliff) We think you will get surprised watching this steep cliffs in the surroundings os Alfarnate and Alfarnatejo. Its vertical walls defy to the most daring climbers.

LOS MONTES DE MÁLAGA (Mounts of Malaga) This area, which has been declared as Natural Park, offers you the chance to enjoy trekking by posted routes and walk throughtone of the last refuges of the chameleon. If you are in the surroundings in Sait Johns night (23rd to 24th June) you will be able to enjoy the fiesta in Los Verdiales, in which take part towns as Comares, Casabermeja, Colmenar and other towns of this area.

SIERRAS OF TEJEDA AND ALMIJARA It is other of the Natural Parks in Malaga county, where there are some high places from where you can see even Sierra Nevada. from Frigiliana there is a nice route along the Chilla river.

THE RESERVOIR OF VIÑUELA from Periana it is a way of an old rack-railway which is now a sand path goes to small towns as El Aguadero, Cortijo Blanco, La Muela. The journey, at the middle of Sierra de Alhama, will give you the chance to enjoy excellent overlloks to the reservoir of Viñuela and the old millenial olive trees.

THE MOUNTAIN PASS OF ALAZORES This landscape is the line between Malaga and Granada, and it is a nice place where you can realise how the landscape changes from one to another side.

EL BALCÓN DE EUROPA In Nerja, up on the sea, is this view point located. from up here you will enjoy a gorgoeus overlooks of the towns and beaches of this area.
