The house is a large renovated, white-washed andalusian 'cortijo', more than 200 years old. It's situated in the countryside of the Alpujarra, in the hamlet of Las Barreras. with the most beautifull views to the Guadalfeo valley and the surrounding mountains.
It has been neatly renovated to cater for the needs of a large family or group of friends with plenty of living space to enjoy being together, or to keep to oneself in a quiet corner, both inside and outside.

It has 4 large separated double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 adjoining rooms for family with a common bathroom.
The 6 bedrooms have central heating for the cooler nights in winter and all have fans for the hoter nights in summer.
All the bedrooms have different shapes, sizes, and decoration and all are neatly furnished, clean and comfortable.
There are 2 cots available for babies.

The living-room, dining-room has a wood burning stove, central heating, tv, video, cassette and CD player and an internet connection ADSL 24h/24
The kitchen is fully equipped with a traditionnal hoven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher
