Privileged location of the house, in the historic part of the city, invites to walk in its narrow streets and visit its monuments.

The apartments are located just nearby the Paseo de los Tristes. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Plaza Nueva (New Square) and down town.

This apartment has two double bedrooms (one of them has a double bed, another one – two individual beds), a bathroom and a nice typical kitchen completely equipped with everything necessary (refrigerator, oven and microwaves).

Passing the kitchen, you enter a cosy living-room which has a balcony with the views of the Gumiel street.
from the living-room, going up original wooden stairs, you can accede to the bedroom which has two individual beds.

There is a cosy living-room with a double sofa-bed to the right and a nice completely equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven and microwaves) to the left, and just in front of you – an enormous window with the views of the Alhambra.
from the living-room you can accede to a small terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the magic environment surrounding the house.

from the kitchen you can accede to a nice terrace which is also oriented to the Arabic fortress. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs in order that you can enjoy the calmness and charm of this magic atmosphere.
