This country house is placed at about 7 km. from the medieval village of Pontedeume. It's made up of three buildings, surrounded by a property of 60.000 square metres, known as "Chousa do Conde". It is full of green grassy areas and woods, and with the "Andrade's Castle as its nearest neighbour and the only building you can see from the property.

The origins of the house and its possible relation with the castle are unknown but it is estimated that it may be 300 years old at least in its oldest part.

Actually, the house offers 10 double rooms with bathroom en suite and common areas with restored furniture and other antique elements, but there are also modern details to make comfortable their clients stay.
