children friendly, is in less
than 5 minutes by car. The port
of Mahon, where you will find
great diversity of restaurants,
is also in about 5 minutes driving.
Set in its own grounds, there are no near neighbours and so privacy and tranquillity
are guaranteed. There are sunbathing terraces and a grassed area around the pool
(approx. 12x6 mts). There is a covered terrace for outdoor eating and a built
in BBQ, with nice countryside views.
The house is on two floors and is spacious and well designed. The furnishings
are new and of a very high standard. Central heating is available for cooler
months.
