farmhouse is well located, about
a 4 minute drive from the village
of Sant Climent and about a 5
minute drive from the beach at
Cala´n Porter.
This very typical and attractive Menorquin farmhouse has been refurbished recently
to a high standard, maintaining all of the charm of the Menorquin farms. Situated
along a private lane, the house has wonderful distant sea views. There is a new
pool measuring 9 x 4m and roman stone paved terrace, outside toilet, hand basin
and shower. This is a working farm so the friendly farmer appears daily to milk
the cows but it is likely you may not even see him.
The furnishings are extremely tasteful and pretty, a mixture of antique and modern,
and the mattresses, pillows and fabrics are all brand new. Upstairs there is
an enormous open room (size of the whole downstairs) that faces to south with
wonderful coastal views. There is no door on this upstairs area and it is an
ideal area for children to sleep and play.
Lower level: lounge/dining room (TV), kitchen with breakfast table, 2 double
bedrooms with en-suite full bathroom and a connecting single room each, 1 twin
bedroom, 1 full bathroom.
Upper level: large room with 3 single beds, 1 shower room.
