This
farmhouse is placed near the
village of Es Mercadal (4 km)
and the fisherman village of
Fornells, where there are many
amenities and well-known restaurants.
The villa has country views and
also the mountain of Monte Toro.
This location is close to the
unspoilt beaches of the north
of the island (Cavallería,
Tirant and Pregonda) which are
just 10 minutes driving (about
4 km).
The property is still a working farm but the cattle is far away from the property.
There is a confortable and fresh porch with high quality exterior furniture and
built-in barbaque. The fenced pool is in front of the house and there is also
a big grassed area.
All the rooms are placed on the same floor, although there are few steps to access
some of the bedrooms. The furniture is a mixture of antique and modern, and the
walls are painted in different colours.
