attractive new house is situated
a few minutes walk from a well-stocked
supermarket in S'Uestra and several
very good restaurants. The beaches
of Binibeca and Binisafúa
are approximately 4 minutes drive
from the house as is the town
of Sant Lluis. The views all
around are good over the North
towards Sant Lluis, La Mola and
Mahón and to the South
towards Binibeca.
The property has been constructed with great attention to detail using traditional
materials to recreate, with modern comfort, the typical Menorcan farmhouse style.
The gardens are spacious, about 15,000 square metres; the pool is situated to
