pretty and originally designed
villa is well located near the
fishing village at Binibeca with
its restaurants, bars, small
shops and coves. It is approximately
a ten-minute walk to Binibeca
and Binisafúa beaches.
The town of Sant Lluis is about
a 7-minute drive and there is
a regular bus service to Mahon.
There is a nice covered terrace with exterior furniture for outdoor living, from
where you can enjoy the lovely seaviews towards Cap d'en Font. The garden has
a wide grassed area and there is a some metres path which lead you to the seaside,
where it is possible to swim (ladder access to the sea with crystal clear waters
for bathing).
The main house is set out on a single storey, and there are also another two
bedrooms on the first floor, with exterior access.
