It is a XIX century house fully restored in 1.995 keeping its original and materials construction.
In the ground floor, there are living-dining room and kitchen.
In the first floor a wide twin room (aprox. 22 sq.m.) and a full bathroom.
In the second floor, there are a double room (aprox. 22 sq.m.) and a full bathroom.

Its own structure and materials and the way has bben decorated makes a warm place to stay.
The house is equipped with central heating, books, documentation about the area and private parking place.
In front of the house there are a garden area and a terrace for private use with a gorgeous Europe Peaks and Peñamellera views.

Activities: Because it is closed to the mountains and beaches, there are many activities can be enjoyed, visit many interesting places becuase its landscapes, culture or sports.
30 minutes driving you can choose among 20 different beaches, from small coves to large beaches.
The Europe Peaks Natural Park is just 5 kms from the house, where many activities can be done.
If you are a golf player, 40 minutes driving are 5 different golf courses with different difficulty grade.
Painting caves can be also visited.
Closed to the house a few adventure activities companies are located where you can enjoy from canoeing to hot air balloons rides.
