This hotel is located in Celorio, just 2 kms away from Llanes and it is equipped with 12 bedrooms, some of them are suites ans some are equipped with fireplace and bath with jacuzzi. There is also a bedroom for disabled.

The hotel is equipped with wide linving room where you can take rest or enjoy relaxing yourself, library, garden areas, terraces, children's games, covered parking places and restaurant for exclusive use to the guests.

The hotel is an 18th century building typically Asturian. A farmstead, formed by a house, a “horreo”, stables and barns. It has been completely restored using original materials as stone, oak and chesnut wood.

The hotel is situated in the heart of a 100.000 sq. meters plot. It is surrounded by pastures, indigenous woods of oak, beech, hazel and chestnut, as well as fruit trees -mainly apples- from which cider is made in the traditional way.

Local breeds of sheep and cows graze in the Arredondo pastures. We also breed chickens and rabbits here on the farm.

Activities: The property is ideally situated for the pursuit of a wide variety of outdoor activities: walks on the farm itself or around the nearby quaint rural villages of Balmori, Celorio and Porrúa, horse back riding, free bikes, trekking, canoeing in the rivers Sella and Deva, and other adventure activities. An 18-hole golf-course is located in nearby Llanes.
