This
country house is located in
Arecida area, in Tijarafe,
the west side of the island,
where one of the best climates
of the island can be enjoyed
the all time.
Originally, this XVIII century country house was home of shepherds and farmers.
It has been restored to offer a warm place without losing its origins.
The predominat element was used to restored is the stone.
A beautiful sunset can be enjoyed by the terraces, one of the gorgeous time
of the day, specially in this area of the island.
Indoor, the house is very warm, each room enjoys of sunlight and overlooks
to the gardens and orchards.
The pool gives you the chance to enjoy baths and sunbaths in the deck-chairs.
This country property is surrounded by avocado plantations, and for the use
to the guests there are many fruit trees as oranges, papayas, mangos, medlar
trees,...
There is also a cave which has been restored and it has been added a barbecue,
tables and all you need to enjoy it.
The houses are located at the end of a path, what makes the place a silent
property away from the vehicles noise. It is an asphalt path which is 500 meters
from the main road, which bring us to the town, Tijarafe.
