In
the past, this house was an olive
mill, which has been totally
restored. It was one of the first
houses was built in this area
when the romans left Villauba
settlement, just 1,5 kms away
from the property and few meters
away from the roman path.
The first building date from XII century.
This property is located between Banyoles Lake and Rocacorba Mountain, among
oaks, olives and holm oak trees.
The surroundings are gorgeous and fantastic views can be enjoyed
from here as Pla de l'Estany county, Emporda and Gironés county, since Roses Bay
to Montgrí Mountain and Medes Islands.
After the restored, the main building has been distribuited in 6 apartments
where sleeps from 2 to 5 guests in each one.
All
of them are equipped with kitchen,
full bathroom, TV, latex mattress
in all bedrooms and central heating.
Also, there is a common area to share with all apartaments which includes the
main entrance, living room and a wide sitting room. Some apartments are also
equipped with air conditioning.
There are 3 apartaments for 2/3 guests, one of them with a private terrace,
the other 2 apartaments are building as a loft of 45 to 50 sq.m.
There are 2 apartments for 4 guests and 1 more for 5 guests, all of them with
2 bedrooms and between 60 to 70 sq.m.
Outdoor,
there are a wide garden, pool,
barbecue, an small chidren games
place, private parking place,...
Activities: Its
situation allow to the guests
to enjoy a wide variety of activities
as canoeing, ride a horse, BTT
routes, paintball, hot air balloon
rides, ... All of them can be
enjoyed in Banyoles, just 5 kms
away from the house or in the
surroundings.
