The house is built in 2 different floors. In the ground floor, there is a wide entrance room, which bring us at the kitchen, at the left side, a double room at the right side, and a wide living-dining room (40 sq.m. +/-) at the end of the entrance. There is also a full bathroom in the same floor. from the living room there is an access to the garden & pool, in front of the house, which overlooks to the mountains and vineyards.

In the second floor, there are 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. There are also 2 full bathrooms, one equipped with with bathtub and the other one with shower.

The meaning of the restoring of the house was to keep its origins as much as they could but they didn't forget the facilities of nowadays. In this way the house is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washmachine, central heating, oven, electric stoves and all furniture that you should need. In the living room, there are a fireplace, TV and Canal + digital, HI-FI and board games.

Activities: Due to its location it is highly recommended to visit the Natural Park of El Garraf. You can also head some trips to Sitges or Vilanova i la Geltrú. There is an XIth century castle in the town of Marmellar, and it has got a beautiful view over the town of Castellví. You can be in Barcelona or Tarragona in less than one hour by car. The property is settled in a very quiet place so that you can just enjoy yourself going for a walk or riding a bicycle or a horse. Don't forget to join the wine and cava routes.
