Isolated house located in the municipality of Baronia de Rialp, surrounded by landscapes of forests and fields. Wide garden equipped with garden furniture and large porch with barbecue. Located near the Rialb dam where many water sports can be enjoyed.

At the beginning, the house was divided in two different lodgings which have finally been joined into one. It’s distribuited in three floors.
On the ground floor, there are two entrances, a cellar, one double room and bathroom with a shower adapted for dissabled, and another room.
On the first floor, there are two dining rooms, two living rooms, equipped with TV, two kitchens with equipped with fridge, microwave, stoves and fireplace. Washing machine room and a toilet. Five bedrooms: one with bathroom and shower and double bed, another one with double bed and the three twin rooms. Two complete bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Four extra beds are available on request. Central heating.

Activities: Big municipality of numerous small villages, groups of house in the Rialb valley, where there are lots of Romanesque churches, as Santa Maria de Rialb, Sant Iscle, Santa Victòria de la Torre de Rialb and the Santa Maria de Gualter monastery. Natural places such as the beautiful Forat de Bulí. You can practice hiking and biking in those landscapes. Adventure sports in Rialb river. Cultural visits, Romanesque art road in the churches of the municipality, Castles road in the area, such as Montsonís, Mur, Montclar…
