Just few kilometers from the frontier with France, in Alt Empordá county is located the small town called Capmany. Here is located the property with vineyards, cellars and Oliver Conti houses. In this property grapes are cultivated which are used for excellent white and red wines. The cellars are modern and used high technology.

The extension of the property is 15 Has, in which are both houses, totally separated by a vegetal wall what gives privacy to both houses. Outdoor, a swimmingpool (10 by 5 meters), a nice porch goes from the house to the garden.

Indoor, in the ground floor is a wide kitchen, full equipped with washmachine, dishwasher, fridge, owen,... two bathrooms, one twin room and one single room, and the living-dining room with fireplace and TV, from which a wide windows show a porch and the garden.
