Old mill recently restored located in a farm property. The mill still keeps the pool fenced and mechanism. The house is placed on a plain withy great views over the village of Enfesta and on the other hand Castellfollit de Riubregrós, 3km away. The outside area is quite large, at the front of the house is placed the barbecue and swimming pool (10x5m).

Activities: In Castellfollit can be visited the ancient monastery Priorat de Santa Maria from the XI Century which has an interesting Romanic church, the town castle preserve some important and unique paintings from the XIVth Century. Remarkable visit to the fortified church of Rubio (XIVth Century), Sant Llorenç de Morunys, Llosa del Cavall Swamp. Port del Compte Ski slopes are 45min away driving. Quads, circus activities, ceramic workshop,….Weekly market in Torà on Friday and also in Calaf on Saturday.

The last 100 meters of the road are no asphalted. Castellfollit de Riubregós a 3km, Torà a 7km.
