It
is an old house, completely restored
in 1999, keeping charm and adding
new systems giving a pleasure estancy
to the guests.
It is located in Oskotz town center,
an small mountain village (90 inhabitants)
. It is semi-detached to the owners
house but keeping a total independency
from it.
First floor: living-dinning room,
kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave,
electric owen, washmachine. There
are also TV, fireplace, phone,
one double room and 2 twin rooms,
one full bathroom. The living room
and one of the rooms has access
to a cover balcony, an relax space,
especially in the sunny days, from
where you can look at the green
mountain landscape.
Going down the stairs, you get
the ground floor, in which there
is a games room with ping-pong
table, billiard and an old table
football.
