From
the XVII century, the building,
where the hotel is located today,
has been the most important one
in Imón. An enormous elegant
large house of thick walls of ashlars
and masonry.

Imón, quiet town with just
40 inhabitants and surrounded by
historic medieval and Renaissance
towns such as Atienza, Sigüenza,
and Medinaceli, just 15 kilometres
(9 miles) away.
It conserves some Roman origin salines that were long time ago the most important
in Spain. Today, classified as pre-industrial archaeology, they are stopped
forced of tourists and curious.

XV century Renaissance church and,
the Llano de las Simas with a forest
of virgin oak, offers the walker
a spectacular grow dark on the
salines.
