typical Catalan farmhouse built
in the year 1764, located in the
calm town of Fontclara. They have
built 2 apartments where before
was the hay loft, each one of 102
m2, respecting the old building.
It has new openings to give lighter
and viewer. What it was before
the watering place has become an
interior garden with a small pond
of water with fish. The 2 apartments
are identical, each one with their
bathroom where the walls are colored
with natural products and its teak
shower, 2 wide bedrooms and a kitchen
of 9m2 where there is combined
rurals and modern as the microwaves,
the dishwasher and the ceramic
pike. The living room has a fireplace
and a very comfortable sofa. Each
apartment has two terraces, one
to the north of 12 m2 and another
to the south of 10 m2. In the decoration
they have used colonial and old
furniture, characteristic of a
farmhouse, to maintain a silence
balance and peace at winter nights
where you can relax in front of
the fireplace or in the summer
nights where you can enjoy the
silence and quietly of the sea.
It is not for anything that Celi's
house has been choosed several
times in decoration magazines...
In May 2004 2 more lodgings have
been built, with the same decoration
style, there are 2 bedrooms & 2
bathrooms.
