one of the most important medieval
catalan buildings.
The house is located in the town and surrounded by pine trees wood. The access
to the house is located in the highest point of the property and also by the
public stairs facing northside which bring us to the harbour.
In the high level of the house are located the living room, dining room and kitchen
having nice views. Bedrooms and pool are in the low level. Parking place and
entrance to the property are the only elements built at street level.
There are 2 double rooms and 2 rooms with bunk beds, there are also living/dining
room, kitchen, one WC and 2 bathrooms equipped with bath.
